I came to the office with a severe back injury. I was living with pain everyday. With the doctors help, the pain is gone and I am on my way to living a normal life again. When I first came in I had LOWER BACK PAIN that was keeping me from running and any other sports activities for almost one year. The advice I would give patients is to come consistently. If you skip sessions, it will never work. I have gradually but steadily seen improvements in my back and have lately resumed sports activities. It feels good to be finally back outside running. I am even considering running the NYC marathon!
